The Scratch Pad
Everything here started as “I wonder if AI can do this in an evening.” Some of it works, some of it is held together with hope. I keep them in the open because the interesting part isn’t the finished thing, it’s what building it taught me about where these tools help and where they quietly fall over.
Beginner Surf Check
A go/no-go call for a beginner surfer on the Surf Coast. It scores the next week across Point Roadknight, Anglesea, Cosy Corner and Torquay Surf Beach, then picks the actual time windows worth paddling out in.

Lighting Look Books
Builder look books hand you a lighting "allowance" with no way to tell what anything actually costs. This pulls six of them apart into 368 unique SKUs, matches each one against Beacon Lighting's live catalogue, and puts the two prices side by side — with the original page scans to check it against.
